A furnishing system between structure, material, and light

Bookcases that define space with structural lightness and material depth

This project was conceived as a bespoke interior installation for a private residence, designed as a coherent system of custom-made furniture able to engage in dialogue with the space. The designed elements—low storage units and open structures—create a light architectural presence, in which the metal framework acts as a structural skeleton while wood defines surfaces, volumes, and functions. The furniture does not assert itself as an isolated object, but works through layering, supporting the reading of the space and allowing light and proportions to complete the project.

The wood, worked with a discreet and continuous geometric texture, introduces a tactile and material dimension that balances the precision of the metal structure. An example of how bespoke furniture can become an integral part of the architectural project, maintaining a balance between design rigour, craftsmanship, and quality of living.
